Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NumroQ website, the NumroQ REST API, the WordPress plugins and the white-label website software (together, the "Services"), provided by NumroQ. By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

NumroQ provides a REST API and software that return numerology, astrology and divination calculation results as structured data, along with WordPress plugins and a self-hosted white-label website. The Services are software and developer tools; you are responsible for how you present or use the results in your own products.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Licences and subscriptions

• API plans are monthly subscriptions with a set call allowance and rate limit. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Software licences (WordPress plugins and the white-label website) are one-time purchases for the number of domains stated at checkout. A licence is for your own use or resale of a site you build; you may not redistribute the source code as a competing product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the API, exceed your plan limits by evading rate limits, or resell raw API access as your own API. The calculation results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes are handled by the payment provider.

6. Intellectual property

NumroQ and its software, API and content remain the property of NumroQ. Your licence grants the rights described at purchase and nothing more. Output data you generate through the API for your own products is yours to use within these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumroQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
