NumroQ sells one-time software licences (the WordPress plugins and the white-label website) and monthly API subscriptions. These are digital products delivered instantly, so please read this policy before you buy.
If a one-time licence does not work as described and we cannot help you get it running, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. We may ask for details of the problem so we can try to fix it first.
Monthly API plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A period you have already used is normally not refundable, but if you were charged in error or hit a genuine problem, contact us within 14 days and we will review it fairly.
Requests made after the 14-day window, and licences or API keys that have been used extensively or activated on a live site, are normally not refundable. We review every request on its own merits.
Use our contact page and include the email address on your order (and your licence or order number if you have it) so we can find your payment quickly. Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
